font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;\">Desde DOCENTES DE CANARIAS-INSUCAN (DCI) consideramos que lo deseable ser\u00eda un acuerdo pol\u00edtico para regular una LEY de \u00e1mbito estatal, ya que los docentes son cuerpos nacionales y el sistema de acceso lo regula el estado, de acceso por m\u00e9ritos como recoge el p\u00e1rrafo segundo del art\u00edculo 61.6 del EBEP, lo cual vemos dif\u00edcil comprobando que a nivel nacional UGT, CCOO y CSIF firmaron un acuerdo de ofertas masivas de empleo para \u201cacabar\u201d con los interinos, al que se ha sumado ANPE.<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px none; margin: 4px 22px; padding: 0px; color: #3f3f3f; font-family: -apple-system, system-ui, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji', 'Segoe UI Symbol'; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;\">Y a nivel auton\u00f3mico los interinos pueden comprobar, como ocurri\u00f3 ayer que los sindicatos ANPE, STEC, CCOO, CSIF y UGT pidieron que se sacase el Decreto de Oferta P\u00fablica de Empleo diciendo \u00abpara que no se pierdan las plazas\u00bb y sacarlas en los pr\u00f3ximos 3 a\u00f1os. \u00bfno hubiese sido lo prudente, conociendo la sentencia del TJUE, que no se saque el Decreto de OPE?.<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px none; margin: 4px 22px; padding: 0px; color: #3f3f3f; font-family: -apple-system, system-ui, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji', 'Segoe UI Symbol'; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;\">Para nosotros queda claro que los sindicatos ANPE, STEC, CCOO, CSIF y UGT no contemplan, para la estabilizaci\u00f3n de los interinos, otra opci\u00f3n distinta a el sistema actual de oposiciones en las que el 80% de los interinos no superan la primera prueba de las oposiciones. Tambi\u00e9n queda clara que su opci\u00f3n son las oposiciones ya que todos ellos recaudan importantes cantidades con sus academias o acuerdos con academias de oposici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px none;
