A partir del tercer mes<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"><\/span>la Comunidad Aut\u00f3noma<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"><\/span>les abonar\u00e1 \u00fanicamente la prestaci\u00f3n que corresponda seg\u00fan el R\u00e9gimen de Previsi\u00f3n Social al que pertenezcan:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 6px; margin-bottom: 6px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: small;\"> <span lang=\"ES\" style=\"list-style-type: none; list-style-position: initial; list-style-image: url('https:\/\/www.gobiernodecanarias.net\/docente\/portal\/media-type\/html\/language\/-1\/user\/anon\/page\/initial');\"> Los funcionarios y los interinos y sustitutos que pertenezcan al R\u00e9gimen General de<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"><\/span>la Seguridad Social<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"><\/span>percibir\u00e1n<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"><\/span>la Prestaci\u00f3n<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"><\/span>por Incapacidad, que se corresponde con el 75% de su Base de Cotizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 6px; margin-bottom: 6px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: small;\"> <span lang=\"ES\" style=\"list-style-type: none; list-style-position: initial; list-style-image: url('https:\/\/www.gobiernodecanarias.net\/docente\/portal\/media-type\/html\/language\/-1\/user\/anon\/page\/initial'); margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\"> Los funcionarios que pertenezcan a MUFACE percibir\u00e1n de<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"><\/span>la Comunidad Aut\u00f3noma<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"><\/span>las retribuciones b\u00e1sicas (Sueldo Base y Trienios y las Pagas Extras de Sueldo, Trienios y Complemento de Destino) y la prestaci\u00f3n por hijo a cargo, en su caso, mientras que<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"><\/span>la Mutualidad General<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"><\/span>de Funcionarios Civiles del Estado le abonar\u00e1 el correspondiente subsidio por incapacidad temporal.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 6px; margin-bottom: 6px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: small;\"> <span lang=\"ES\" style=\"list-style-type: none; list-style-position: initial; list-style-image: url('https:\/\/www.gobiernodecanarias.net\/docente\/portal\/media-type\/html\/language\/-1\/user\/anon\/page\/initial');\"> En ambos casos,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"><\/span><strong style=\"list-style-type: none; list-style-position: initial; list-style-image: url('https:\/\/www.gobiernodecanarias.net\/docente\/portal\/media-type\/html\/language\/-1\/user\/anon\/page\/initial'); margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">al tercer mes<\/strong><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"><\/span>en situaci\u00f3n de incapacidad temporal, ver\u00e1n disminuidas de forma autom\u00e1tica sus ingresos mensuales. Sin embargo, podr\u00e1n <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><a style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #003399; font-family: Verdana; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: 17px; orphans: 2; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gobcan.es\/cpj\/igs\/temas\/inspeccion\/docs\/solicitud.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">solicitar a la inspecci\u00f3n General de Servicios la ampliaci\u00f3n del periodo<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 6px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">El procedimiento de solicitud lo regula el art\u00edculo 7.- Solicitud de la valoraci\u00f3n, del <\/span><strong> <span style=\"color: #0000ff; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; display: inline; float: none;\">, que dice: <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">El procedimiento para la evaluaci\u00f3n de la ampliaci\u00f3n del per\u00edodo de percepci\u00f3n de la referida prestaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica complementaria de la situaci\u00f3n de incapacidad temporal, a los efectos contemplados en esta disposici\u00f3n, se iniciar\u00e1 mediante la presentaci\u00f3n de solicitud por parte de la persona interesada ante la Inspecci\u00f3n General de Servicios, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>con una antelaci\u00f3n m\u00ednima de siete d\u00edas a la finalizaci\u00f3n del per\u00edodo de tres meses en incapacidad temporal<\/strong><\/span>, de acuerdo con lo establecido en la Ley 30\/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de R\u00e9gimen Jur\u00eddico de las Administraciones P\u00fablicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Com\u00fan y seg\u00fan el modelo de solicitud que se determina en el anexo del presente Reglamento. El modelo de solicitud estar\u00e1 disponible en formato papel en la Inspecci\u00f3n General de Servicios as\u00ed como en su p\u00e1gina web:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><a style=\"text-decoration: underline;
