Los primeros 3 d\u00edas descuentan el 50% y del 4\u00ba al 20\u00ba descuentan el 25%. A partir del 21 d\u00eda se abona la n\u00f3mina completa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 2.25pt 16.5pt 2.25pt 44px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">B)<span style=\"font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal;\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; background-color: #ffff00; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal;\">Excepciones<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Dos ORDENES establecen los casos en los que no se descuentan<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 2.25pt 16.5pt 2.25pt 77pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><span style=\"line-height: 150%; color: black;\"> a)<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-family: Verdana; line-height: 150%; color: black;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span> <span style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\"><strong><span style=\"line-height: 150%; font-family: Verdana; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gobiernodecanarias.org\/libroazul\/pdf\/70492.pdf\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">ORDEN de 25 de marzo de 2014<\/span><\/a>. <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 2.25pt 16.5pt 2.25pt 130px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">1)<\/span><span style=\"font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-family: Verdana;\">&nbsp; <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Establece que no se descontar\u00e1 cuatro (4) d\u00edas de ausencia a lo largo del a\u00f1o natural, de los cuales solo tres podr\u00e1n tener lugar en d\u00edas consecutivos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 2.25pt 16.5pt 2.25pt 130px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><span style=\"line-height: 150%;\">2)<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-family: Verdana; line-height: 150%;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Las ausencias por raz\u00f3n de enfermedad o accidente que no hayan dado lugar a una situaci\u00f3n de incapacidad temporal y que superen el l\u00edmite de 4 d\u00edas, comportar\u00e1n la aplicaci\u00f3n de descuento en n\u00f3mina aplicando para los d\u00edas 5\u00ba, 6\u00ba y 7\u00ba el descuento del 50% y del 8\u00ba al 24\u00ba el descuento ser\u00e1 del 25%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 2.25pt 16.5pt 2.25pt 77pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">b)<\/span><span style=\"font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-family: Verdana;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span> <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gobiernodecanarias.org\/libroazul\/pdf\/69297.pdf\"> <span style=\"background-color: #ffffff;
