font-size: 11pt;\">Primero.- La Consejer\u00eda remite una resoluci\u00f3n para que en el plazo de 10 d\u00edas realice las alegaciones que estime.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 4px 22px;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;\">Segundo.- Pasado esos 10 d\u00edas, si no se han realizado alegaciones, la Consejer\u00eda emitir\u00e1 Resoluci\u00f3n en la que se le insta a devolver el importe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 4px 22px;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;\">Tercero:- Plazos de devoluci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 4px 22px 4px 66px;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;\">Si la Resoluci\u00f3n se notifica entre los d\u00edas 1 y 15 del mes, el plazo de devoluci\u00f3n es hasta el 20 del mes siguiente<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 4px 22px 4px 66px;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;
