Desde el 1 de enero de 2011 los nuevos funcionarios no se integran en Clases Pasivas, que es el r\u00e9gimen para la jubilaci\u00f3n de los funcionarios de carrera anteriores a esa fecha. No podr\u00e1n acogerse a la jubilaci\u00f3n con 60 a\u00f1os y 30 a\u00f1os cotizados, la jubilaci\u00f3n anticipada m\u00e1s pronto ser\u00eda con 63 a\u00f1os si tienen cotizado 38 a\u00f1os y 6 meses y tiene una retenci\u00f3n del 8% por cada a\u00f1o<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%; margin-top: 3px; margin-bottom: 3px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">PARA la <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ASISTENCIA SANITARIA<\/span><\/strong> dependen de <b>MUFACE<\/b>, aunque para la asistencia m\u00e9dica pueden elegir entre la Seguridad Social o empresas privadas.
