MODIFICADO por ORDEN de 29 de abril de 2013<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-size: small;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<table style=\"width: 100%;\" border=\"1\" bgcolor=\"#FF9933\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td bgcolor=\"#FFCC66\">&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/gifsanimados\/embalar.gif\" alt=\"\" \/><\/td>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\" bgcolor=\"#FFCC66\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: 14pt;\">Comisiones de Servicio: Aclaraciones al procedimiento para funcionarios de carrera<\/span><\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td colspan=\"2\" bgcolor=\"#FFFFFF\">\n<p style=\"margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px; margin-left: 33px;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><strong>NOTA<\/strong>: El funcionario que tiene vigencia de destino (pr\u00f3rroga obligatoria) en una plaza por un tipo de comisi\u00f3n, si renuncia a ese tipo de comisi\u00f3n, se elimina la obligaci\u00f3n de pr\u00f3rroga al destino obtenido por esa comisi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Los admitidos en las comisiones de servicio, les da derecho a participar en la adjudicaci\u00f3n de destinos provisionales para el curso correspondiente, pero solo obtendr\u00e1n una plaza si en el momento de su adjudicaci\u00f3n existen plaza vacantes entre las plazas solicitadas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Los que han sido admitido por m\u00e1s de una comisi\u00f3n de servicio <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>NO TIENEN QUE RENUNCIAR OBLIGATORIAMENTE<\/strong><\/span> a ninguna de ellas. Participan por todas ellas pero desde que obtienen por la primera de ellas, son excluidos de oficio del resto.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Los que tienen la comisi\u00f3n denegada o est\u00e1n excluidos pueden reclamar. La reclamaci\u00f3n es exclusivamente telem\u00e1tica<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Aunque <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">recomendamos no renunciar a ninguna comisi\u00f3n de servicio<\/span>, se puede renunciar a una, dos, &#8230; o todas en dos momentos: (a) en el plazo de reclamaciones al listado provisional de admitidos y excluidos (b) en el plazo de reclamaciones a la adjudicaci\u00f3n provisional de destinos provisionales<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">El orden de adjudicaci\u00f3n de las comisiones de servicio son:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px;\"><strong> <span style=\"font-family: Verdana; text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> Primero se adjudica el destino a los funcionarios de carrera con comisi\u00f3n a cargo directivo.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; font-family: Verdana;\"><strong> <span style=\"font-size: small;\">Segundo <\/span><\/strong><\/span><strong> <span style=\"font-family: Verdana; text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">se adjudica el destino a los suprimidos y desplazados. <\/span><\/span><\/strong> <span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">&nbsp;Estos tienen las plazas de car\u00e1cter singular y de provisi\u00f3n voluntaria intercalada en su petici\u00f3n <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> <strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Tercero se adjudican las comisiones de servicio a puestos de car\u00e1cter singular y de provisi\u00f3n voluntaria<\/span><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">. A los funcionarios de carrera y funcionarios en pr\u00e1cticas, que voluntariamente lo hayan solicitado. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">El orden de los distintos tipos de comisiones de puestos singulares y de provisi\u00f3n voluntaria es<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> ==Primero la pr\u00f3rroga, si no se ha renunciado, de la plaza que desempe\u00f1a durante el curso anterior.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">==Segundo, para los que no prorrogan y los nuevos participantes por el orden:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 5px; Participan por todas ellas pero desde que obtienen por la primera de ellas, son excluidos de oficio del resto.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Los que tienen la comisi\u00f3n denegada o est\u00e1n excluidos pueden reclamar en el plazo correspondiente. La reclamaci\u00f3n es exclusivamente telem\u00e1tica<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Aunque <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">recomendamos no renunciar a ninguna comisi\u00f3n de servicio<\/span>, <\/span><\/span> <span style=\"font-size: small;
