line-height: 150%; margin: 3px 22px;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Que el 17 de diciembre del 2007 firmamos con la Consejer\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n, junto con otros sindicatos, un&nbsp; Preacuerdo de Nuevo Marco Retributivo que inclu\u00eda los sexenios permitiendo Homologarnos con el resto de funcionarios canarios de mismo grupo y con los docentes del resto del pa\u00eds, pero que desgraciadamente el profesorado rechaz\u00f3<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">.<\/span><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> <\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> N<\/span><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">o vamos a entrar en este momento en los motivos del rechazo<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> aunque tendr\u00edamos muchos y justificados<\/span><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> <\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> (U<\/span><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">n docente con 18 a\u00f1os de servicio est\u00e1 perdiendo 305\u20ac mensuales<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">)<\/span><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">. <\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> Para Docentes de Canarias-INSUCAN lo importante ha sido siempre construir el futuro de la ESCUELA P\u00daBLICA y de los DOCENTES de Canarias evitando por encima de todo el enfrentamiento<\/span><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> <\/span> <span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Pero &nbsp;<a style=\"color: blue; text-decoration: underline; text-underline: single;\" href=\"..\/insucan0\/images\/doc\/Homologacion\/preacuerdo17dic07.pdf\">Ver Preacuerdo<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; margin: 3px 22px;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Que desde el 2008 hacemos campa\u00f1a para mantener viva la reclamaci\u00f3n de incluir, en el sistema retributivo docente canario, los sexenios como lo tienen el resto de comunidades y el Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n. El sistema retributivo de sexenios les permiten, a lo largo de la vida laboral, cobrar m\u00e1s, comenzando a cobrar m\u00e1s con 12\/18 a\u00f1os de servicio. &nbsp;<a style=\"color: blue; text-decoration: underline; text-underline: single;\" href=\"index.php\/37-oposicion\/2014\/324-31-ago-14-retribuciones-de-todas-las-comunidades-comparativa\">Ver comparaci\u00f3n<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; margin: 3px 22px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">Que en la Ley Canaria de Educaci\u00f3n se incluye la Disposici\u00f3n Adicional Sexta, por propuesta nuestra, que dice:<\/span><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"> <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u201c<em>Sistema retributivo. La administraci\u00f3n educativa canaria, de forma similar al resto de las comunidades aut\u00f3nomas del Estado, reconocer\u00e1 y retribuir\u00e1 al profesorado de Canarias en los t\u00e9rminos que se definan en los \u00f3rganos de negociaci\u00f3n correspondientes<\/em>.\u201d<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"> <a style=\"color: blue; text-decoration: underline; text-underline: single;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gobiernodecanarias.org\/libroazul\/pdf\/71179.pdf\"> Ver Ley<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; text-indent: 44px; margin: 3px 22px;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ahora hay varias campa\u00f1as de reclamaci\u00f3n de sexenios, no vamos a opinar sobre ellas ya que entendemos que pueden ser complementarias para el logro de la mejora retributiva de los docentes canarios, que somos los peor retribuidos del pa\u00eds<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">, pero queremos dejar muy claro que los sindicatos de ense\u00f1anza que forman parte de la Mesa Sectorial y que al mismo tiempo forman parte de la Mesa de Empleados P\u00fablicos han sido incapaces de liderar y de ponerse de acuerdo para luchar por los sexenios en los dos \u00fanicos foros donde se puede discutir, negociar y aprobar<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; text-indent: 44px; margin: 3px 22px;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Nosotros, para complementar las reclamaciones y para que nadie se pueda ver relegado en los tiempos o en los procedimientos, facilitamos a todos los docentes, de forma abierta como hemos hecho siempre (ni pedimos se afilien, ni abonen cantidad alguna, ni que pasen por nuestros locales)&nbsp; un modelo de petici\u00f3n\/reclamaci\u00f3n elaborado por nuestro servicio jur\u00eddico que cubre:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%; margin: 3px 22px;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">PRIMERO la solicitud de inicio de negociaci\u00f3n de un sistema retributivo similar al resto de comunidades, que es lo que recoge la Ley Canaria de Educaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%; margin: 3px 22px;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">SEGUNDO que el interesado solicita el abono, en un primer momento desde la aplicaci\u00f3n de la Ley Canaria de Educaci\u00f3n, o en su defecto desde que se negocie, o se reconozca por sentencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; margin: 3px 22px;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">TERCERO la solicitud de abono lleva impl\u00edcito que si alguna sentencia reconoce los sexenios para los docentes canarios, tambi\u00e9n el interesado la solicita.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;
