El parte de baja deber\u00e1 ser presentado de la forma prevista anteriormente antes del cuarto d\u00eda, contado desde la fecha de inicio de la situaci\u00f3n. La fecha de inicio del parte de baja deber\u00e1 coincidir con el primer d\u00eda de ausencia. No obstante, de no haberse producido la justificaci\u00f3n, o si la direcci\u00f3n del centro no la estimase suficiente, requerir\u00e1 a la persona interesada, dentro de los cinco d\u00edas h\u00e1biles siguientes, para que realice la justificaci\u00f3n debidamente, otorg\u00e1ndole un tr\u00e1mite de audiencia por plazo de diez d\u00edas, previamente a la deducci\u00f3n de haberes, y en su caso imposici\u00f3n de sanci\u00f3n por falta leve.
