font-size: 12pt; background-color: #ffffff;\">Cambios de sistema de comunicaci\u00f3n, programas, ..<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"line-height: 200%; margin: 3px 22px 3px 55px;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt; background-color: #ffffff;\">Duraci\u00f3n de las reuniones y de las conexiones con los alumnos, &#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"line-height: 200%; margin: 3px 22px 3px 55px;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Tiempo que se dedica a<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt; background-color: #ffffff;\"> responder a los correos electr\u00f3nicos que pueden ser masivos. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"line-height: 200%; margin: 3px 22px 3px 55px;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt; background-color: #ffffff;\">Necesidad repartir material a los alumnos, (libros, tablet, &#8230;.). La colaboraci\u00f3n de los ayuntamientos ha sido muy dispar. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"line-height: 200%; margin: 3px 22px 3px 55px;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt; background-color: #ffffff;\">Urgente necesidad de modificar y simplificar los curr\u00edculos. Necesidad de que Ordenaci\u00f3n Educativa realice una gu\u00eda de cambios<\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"line-height: 200%; margin: 3px 22px 3px 55px;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt; background-color: #ffffff;\">La falta de \u00abEQUIDAD\u00bb en los horarios del profesorado est\u00e1 provocando situaciones discriminatorias. Hay centros con 3 docentes de una materia, dos tienen 50 alumnos cada uno y el tercero docente tiene m\u00e1s de 100 alumnos. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"line-height: 200%; margin: 3px 22px 3px 55px;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt; background-color: #ffffff;\">Ahora m\u00e1s que nunca se ve la necesidad de que se aplique una reclamaci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica d<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt;\">e DOCENTES DE CANARIAS-INSUCAN (DCI): <span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt; background-color: #ffffff;\">&nbsp;los horar<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt; background-color: #ffffff;\">ios deben ser EQUILIBRADOS, SOLIDARIOS, PEDAG\u00d3GICOS Y TRANSPARENTES. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"line-height: 200%; margin: 3px 22px 3px 55px;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt; background-color: #ffffff;\"> Necesidad de cursos de formaci\u00f3n adaptados a las necesidades actual de la sociedad en todo lo digital. Nos preguntamos \u00bfc\u00f3mo puede ser que en cursos como EVAGD se queden sin plaza casi 1.000 docentes?<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"line-height: 200%; margin: 3px 22px 3px 55px;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt; background-color: #ffffff;\">Que se negocie las condiciones laborales para la situaci\u00f3n de docencia online, como son:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"line-height: 200%; margin: 3px 22px 3px 111px;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt; background-color: #ffffff;\"># Dotaci\u00f3n de material a los docentes. En otras consejer\u00edas, a sus trabajadores en trabajo online, los han dotado de ordenador, conexi\u00f3n telef\u00f3nica IP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 200%; margin: 3px 22px 3px 111px;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt; background-color: #ffffff;\"># Horarios.
